30-Day Online Orders

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is always on us.

7-Day Local Pickup Orders

You may return items within 7 days of pickup for a full refund.

Condition of Returns

• New, unopened items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Open-box items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

To start a return, simply contact us within the return window, and we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label (for online orders) or assist with your return in-store.
